"never again in this hotel"

I'll be brief - the hotel looks lovely, but I was really disgusted when we saw a big cockroach in the bathroom the first night. The next day there was a huge cockroach on my bed. They offered to change our room - they are obviously aware of the cockroach situation. They also told us, this is Menorca. I think this is unacceptable for such a group.

"Super séjour !"

Le personnel était tellement gentil. Il y avait deux piscine, ce qui était agréable car la première était bondé de monde. Le petit déjeuner était varié ainsi que le dîner. Beaucoup d’animation le soir, parfait pour les familles. Nous avions une chambre calme ce qui était parfait. Des places de parking sont disponibles tout autour de l’hôtel et une crique super mignonne est à 6min à pied de l’hôtel !

La propreté des toilettes quand on est arrivé laisse à désirer. De plus la salle de buffet est très bruyante.

Great holiday at a hotel we’d happily return to, lovely clean hotel & rooms, nice size pool with numerous sunbeds & umbrellas always available, bar & pool snack staff always polite & friendly, we found the buffet food excellent choice & quality, yes the hotel is isolated but we knew that b4 we booked & was never going 2b a problem, lovely cove & beach a 5-10 minute walk, we had a family holiday with 4 generations & made some lovely memories & made some wonderful friends in the other holiday makers
