Parador de Tortosa

Fatal, mis hijos llegaban a las 4 de la mañana, avisé 2 veces pero me dijeron que no había ningún problema, pero cuando llegaron nadie les abría ni contestaban al teléfono, desesperados nos llamaron a la habitación, nerviosos todos sin dormir y cuando por fin les abren media para hacer checqiing.

What a great place. Full of character and great value too. Always wanted to stay at a Parador and I was not disappointed. Pool was nice too.

Beautiful building with a tremendous view. The staff were all helpful .we had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the front garden and town .unfortunately the people in the room above spent a lot of time moving furniture so it was quite noisy! As it was very hot we were disappointed that we had not been told when booking that the swimming pool was not in use.

Auf unserer 14 tägigen Reise von Malaga nach Barcelona das schlimmste Hotel. Rund um den uralten Parador überall Baustellen. Der Pool wird restauriert, wir konnten ihn anfangs Juni nicht benutzen, niemand hat das kommuniziert. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht. Eine Stornierung von zwei weiteren Nächten war nicht möglich! So blieb uns nur ins nächste Hotel zu gehen und alles nochmals zu bezahlen. Enttäuschend!

Beautiful place, great hotel, worth the money

We come to Tortosa regularly, the Parador great place, good food but most of the time a construction side.

What we did not like was their inflexibility in moving our booking forward by one day. I appreciate the booking conditions I agreed to stipulated no cancellation. But their “absolutely not” attitude, when we wished to still stay there, did not bode well. So we paid full price again to stay one day earlier. No coffee/tea facilities for pre breakfast coffee. No complimentary water. Mega construction work going on in the grounds. Only positive was the food enjoyed in the bar was excellent. Would we stay there again? Absolutely not.

Et historisk parader med smuk beliggenhed. Flot indvendig renoveret, det ydre murværk var ved at blive det - jeg er sikker på, at det bliver helt i top, som alt andet. Herlig morgenmads restaurant. Flot restaurant med lækre retter.
