The shower was tremendous. Located just outside Fort William

Reception not always manned. Tv remote control broken lamp not working. Dead wasp on floor and hairs on duvet cover

Great location for you to travel to Fort William. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a self-service selection of bread, cereal, juice, and coffee, as well as a choice of a hot dish.

The hotel was a bit old, and the room was a bit small.

Le calme. A côté du canal calédonien avec ses écluses Excellent petit déjeuner . Ainsi que manger à l'hôtel A recommandé pour d'éventuels visiteurs .

Didnt feel it merited 4 stars. Felt a bit understaffed although staff were very friendly. Limited toiletries provided. No covered cycle storage

We booked dinner at 7.30 but waited until 8.30 before it arrived with no member of staff informing us of delay.

Impresentable: muy sucio, un asco la mugre que había en todo el hotel. La cortina del baño estaba con manchas de humedad y tenía un olor que MATABA. Las fotos son de hace 20 años. Ese hotel no es ni dos estrellas. NO había presión de agua para ducharse. El servicio diario del hotel no sabe ni hacer la cama. Puedo escribir mil cosas más, NI SE TE OCURRA IR A ESTE HOTELUCHO.
