We had an amazing experience in every aspect! The hotel is perfect—very clean and comfortable. The staff is always available and eager to help, and the breakfast is fantastic. Plus, the view is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

*Reinigungskraft hat sorgfältig geputzt *Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und schien sauber zu sein.

* Bett stark durchgelegen, auf beiden Seiten deutliche Kuhlen * Sofa im Zimmer beschädigt und stark durchgesessen * Massive Ameisenplage im Badezimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts * Ameisen liefen über Waschbecken, Wände und Pflegeprodukte * Toilettenbrille locker, schief montiert und bei jeder Benutzung verrutscht * Zimmerbeleuchtung mangelhaft * Hauptlicht im Flur/Eingangsbereich defekt und dauerhaft flackernd * Keine ausreichende Beleuchtung im Schlafbereich * Frühstück entsprach keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard * Verdorbenes bzw. verschimmeltes Obst am Buffet * Teilweise vertrocknete und unappetitliche Lebensmittel * Mangelhafte Hygiene im Frühstücksbereich * Fitnessraum wie beworben nicht nutzbar * Mehrere Geräte defekt oder außer Betrieb * Teilweise Geräte ohne Funktion bzw. nicht angeschlossen * Sonnenschirme an der Poolanlage beschädigt und eingerissen * Allgemein deutlicher Wartungsstau im gesamten Hotel * Zustand und Ausstattung entsprachen nicht der Darstellung eines 4-Sterne-Hotels * Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht angemessen * Deutliche Diskrepanz zwischen Online-Darstellung und tatsächlichem Zustand vor Ort

"Im Großen und Ganzen ok, würde aber erst wieder buchen wenn die Zimmer und auch zum Teil die Anlage renoviert wurden."

Toller Ausblick auf den Gardasee und eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer sind mittlerweile völlig veraltet und abgewohnt. Hier müsste dringend renoviert werden.

klimaanlage hat an Anfang schlecht funktioniert und dann überhaupt nicht mehr. bei 28 grade war fast unmöglich zu schlafen. Tagsüber war das Zimmer wie eine Sauna.

Die schlecht Klimaanlage und was sie im Rezeption als Erklärung uns abgegeben haben : 1. die ganz Anlage hätte keine Klimaanlage" . Die Klimaanlage hat wohl bei den Blöcke neben dran funktioniert. 2. "Die Klimaanlage wird von der Kommune gesteuert und sie haben keine Einfluss und sie können nichts machen nur abwarten" . in Wahrheit haben sie auf ein Techniker gewartet. 3. Keine Möglichkeit andere Zimmer zu bekommen.

Le camere caldissime e aria condizionata ancora non attivata dalla struttura, in camera con due bambini avevamo 35 gradi nonostante ormai era più di una settimana che le temperatura arrivassero a 38 gradi
