Étape calme, service attentif

We were allocated a lovely, double aspect room with a view over the pool. The first impression was, however, spoiled by the receptionist/Bellman who showed us to our room - it was a hot day, his personal hygiene needed to be enhanced accordingly so he left a very unpleasant odour in our room. The hallways and rooms need refreshing. The hallway to our room smelled more like a hospital than a hotel. We think that an elderly or sick relative was living in the room below and the distinctive smell of the medication being used or the antiseptic care being provided permeated the whole wing. Whilst it's laudable to look after one's elderly, perhaps housing this person in a different room or not using that wing of the hotel (which was extensive) for guests would be best. The food in the restaurant, whilst good, was not best value for money.

Emplacement urbain mais tranquille. Une chambre spacieuse, propre donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Un repas de qualité dans le jardin, un personnel nombreux et attachant,sympa mais complètement dépassé et désorganisé.

Muy bueno en todo, recomendable si estas por la zona, buena atención, buen hotel, esta un poco viejo pero con encanto y gusto.

Hôtel bien très situé pour visiter la région. Saint-Lisier, le Mas-d'Azil, Foix, .....

Très bien pour se ressourcer ! Ces 3 jours nous ont fait fit bien ! Très beau cadre ! Rien à reprocher ! Bonne continuation hôtel Eychenne !

acceuil parfait avec la maitre des lieux découverte de 2 chambres car il y avait le choix et belle découverte d une chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur piscine mais surtout les massifs environnants repas de haute facture pour le prix proposé belle carte des vins un repos compensateur apprécié par le calme de ce lieu petit déjeuner au petits oignons en résumé un bel ensemble que ce grand hotel une restauration fine un service satisfaisant une gentillesse sincère de la gérante tout ce qu'on aime
