je suis rentrée dans la chambre, les meubles (chaises et le stables de chevets ) étaient sur le lit. je l'ai signalé a la réception mais cela n'a pas été pris en compte.

L emplacement tout proche de Jean Jaurès Parcontre très mauvaise insonorisation pourtant nous étions au 4 eme étage et fenêtre fermé nous entendions les disputes des gens à l extérieur devant l hôtel

Le personnel du matin petit déjeuner étaient plus occuper à se montrer leur téléphone que de d occuper des clients au petit déjeuner une seul baguette blanche à moitié entamée pour tout le déjeuner. Il a fallu attendre 15 min pour en avoir une autres. , il a fallu la cuire Donc congelé !!! Table non débarrassé alors que le personnel discute entre eux et. Assez fort pour entendre leur discussion qui n était pas professionnel , quoi d’autres la chambre coffre fort qui ne marche pas , moquette dans les couloirs, dégueulasse ou très usées dans la douche, plein de calcaire, il faudrait penser à utiliser du vinaigre de temps en temps concernant les rangements pour les affaires de visuel , une penderie était accessible avec une planche, une petite planche pour ranger les affaires, deux autres placards, mais verrouillé non accessible

"GEM of a hotel in central Toulouse"

Nice central location. Short walk to Matabiau rail station for the TGV and other local trains. One block from the airport bus stop for a quick trip to Toulouse airport. Neighborhood has multiple amazing restaurants with varied cuisines. Staff is multilingual and very friendly, informative and helpful. Optional full breakfast. We will stay here again.
