La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner. La proximité du parking.

Il a fallu que je demande à changer de chambre deux fois. Et c'est la troisième seulement qui a convenu. Première chambre située au-dessus d'un bar très bruyante Et complètement vieilliotte.. Tables de nuit éraflures D'un vieux modèle repeint à la va vite, Vu du lit sur une étagère ouverte avec une télé presque au plafond, façon hôpital. 2e chambre sans fenêtre, et sans lumière au plafond. Très oppressante. Il faut vraisemblablement revoir l'aménagement des chambres. Et les moderniser un peu! Heureusement pour moi après deux demandes de changements, la troisième chambre était très bien. Enfin, elle était normale avec une fenêtre et sans bar en dessous. Il faudrait mettre un rideau ou une vitre dans la douche, car même en faisant attention l'eau est projetée à l'extérieur de la douche et ma mère a glissé et à failli se faire très mal.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Toulouse. Tarif négocié pour le parking facilement accessible et à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel.

Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres avec du bruit la nuit et la lumière dans la chambre dès le lever du jour
