Super proche du sanctuaire. Acceuil extrêmement chaleureux, le personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute, prévenant et qui donne de supers conseils. Le parking (hangar à 3 minutes à pied) Grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Hôtel très calme.

L'emplacement, le personnel, la place de parking réservée, le petit dej

La douche, ça fait pourtant 3 ans que je viens et cela dépend sûrement des chambres mais cette douche était horrible, toute petite avec un rideau des qu'on se tournait le rideau collé et dans l'autre sens ça ferme le robinet

Las vistas desde la ventana de la habitación, la comodidad, la limpieza, la cama., el parking privado.

No había suficiente espacio para el uso del bidet.

Posizione buona, il garage è a qualche centinaia di metri dall'albergo però niente di drammatico. Il bidet in bagno è stata una piacevole sorpresa :-)

Molto orientato ai gruppi, sala per la prima colazione un pò caotica. Poca sensibilità verso il gluten-free nonostante avessi fatto specifica richiesta

"Parfait, hôtel à recommander."

Buffet pt déjeuner super,à volonté. Très bon emplacement, calme au bord du Gave et proche du sanctuaire . Accueil, sympathie, gentillesse, serviabilité ,un personnel aux petits soins.

La climatisation dans les chambres serait un plus.
