la mujer despeinada y desalineada alterada malas formas y para colmo me cancela la reserva porque le dije que la reserva era desayuno incluido. por qué así lo era .grito como loca y me devolvió una parte del dinero y que no había alojamiento. ni siquiera me volvió el dinero completo lo peor
