Hôtel Mirasol

La punta di diamante della struttura è Elena, un' italiana , mi ha aiutato e supportato in tutto!! Gentilissima ed abilissima fin da subito, in quanto avendo prenotato nemmeno un' ora prima la camera, l' hotel non era ancora pronto a ricevermi, ma lei in pochi minuti ha trovato comunque una soluzione!! La ringrazio ancora tantissimo!!!!

Linge propre mais un oreiller sentait trop fort le parfum sucré et entêtant d'une précédente cliente. Insupportable pour dormir. J'ai mis l'oreiller à terre.

Le petit déjeuner un peu trop cher .

La limpieza y el personal.

The hotel is in an excellent place in Lourdes that makes it convenient. The free parking is also a plus. There was a woman at the front desk that was very polite, cheerful and welcoming, but most of the other staff were dour.

The cleanliness of the rooms was below standard. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted, there were almost no breakfast options, and there were ants all over the dirty food surfaces.

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza. Todo perfecto. Habitación amplia.

El agua de la ducha se salía porque no había una separación en el suelo con el resto del baño. Se echaba en falta una neverita, eso estaría muy bien. Cogimos el menú del hotel pero no nos explicaron nada y nos encontramos con un menú que no había opción a cambiar nada y no había un menú infantil. Gracias a un camarero que me trajo un poco de pasta cocida con un chorro de aceite.... pero bueno, lo que cuenta fue la intención.
