Le personnel très accueillant

Il n'y avais pas de savon, ni shampoing, fuite au niveau des toilettes. Le ménage n'était pas réalisé correctement. humidité dans la salle de bains, moisissures niveau des joints de la faïence. La carte accès piscine ne fonctionnait pas.

Le petit déjeuner copieux. Beaucoup de croissant et pain au chocolat. Très bon aménagement de la salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne. Personnel sympa. Très belle piscine. Propreté des chambre correcte.

Chambre simple au RDC a éviter : si vous êtes sous des appartements, les bruits de pas sont nombreux. L'isolation acoustique est très mauvaise entre voisin du dessus, et le couloir si vous ne fermez pas le SAS. Des store vétustes impossibles a fermer. Parking intérieur payant 10€/jour. Connection wifi très basique. Pas de réseau 4/5G au RDC.

Very close to the beach Nice pool area

There are residents in the same building. They hang clothes on balcony. Makes it look tatty. Rooms was super small and beds not very comfortable

"Tired and weary. "

This hotel has become tired and weary. The outside appears grubby needs to be painted. The bedrooms need maintenance, particularly electrical sockets are loose fitting, shower is grubby also especially the grouting. No shower seat for disabled guests. The poolside beach access is completely locked and staff do not know when it will be accessible. The only food available is breakfast which is limited,and when something runs out grumby staff are reluctant to refill. Our room was not serviced despite speaking with the chambermaid. One member of staff stood out in her helpfulness and she was the lady we met at check in.
