Pool was cold and full on leaves and dead flies. Breakfast to expensive.

Bonjour cela est la deuxième fois que nous réservons avec votre chaîne Kyriad une fois villefranche sur Saône et Dijon Est mirande. Un personnels des deux côtés très aimable et sympathique. Bravo pour la qualité/ prix et son restaurant à Dijon

We were disappointed with our stay at Kyriad Est Mirande. Before our arrival, I accidentally booked the wrong dates but quickly contacted both the hotel and Booking.com. After receiving confirmation that the reservation had been modified, we believed everything had been resolved. When we arrived late in the evening, the staff checked us in, reviewed our reservation, and assured us that everything was in order. We paid the tourist tax and the hotel room and were given access to our room. The next morning, however, a female staff member informed us that we had to pay an additional charge. When we tried to explain the situation and the information we had been given the night before, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted us. The way she handled the situation made us feel very uncomfortable. It was frustrating to receive completely different information from different members of staff. Guests should not have to deal with internal communication issues within the hotel. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the shower was not functioning properly. Because of the uncomfortable interaction with the staff member, we did not eat breakfast at all, despite it being included in our reservation. Overall, a disappointing experience due to poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and issues with the room.

The pool, very small, very cold but welcome in a hot day. The restaurant was very good but check to see what days it's open.

The room was tiny. The bed was pushed against the wall so could only be accessed from a wheelchair from the right side and then the wheelchair blocked the access to the bathroom. The decoration in the room was disappointing and there were several repairs which looked shoddy. Rather bizarrely, the kettle was half way up the wall!
