We ordered a non-smoking room and stopped at the door when we first arrived at our room - it was definitely not non-smoke. But staff didn't hesitate to give us a new room, which was good. The rooms are spacious and balcony overlooking the ocean was huge. However, we wish they had let us know that the neighboring building was under construction. It wasn't a great view and was noisy. We were also let down by the breakfast that we had read was good. There wasn't too much to choose from, and the general quality of the food was not as we expected. We also wish that the outdoors area of the restaurant had designated smoking areas. It was not pleasant being caught between cigarsmoke and cigarettes at 9am in the morning. All in all we were a little bit disappointed, but the staff was nice and helpful and the location was good.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. It is located right at the waterfront, along which there are several nice restaurants and cafes. Downtown Kalamata is approximately 20 minutes by foot. The area was pretty quiet since we were there in late December. Our room had a nice little balcony where we could watch the sunset. The hotel also has a rooftop bar/restaurant (where breakfast is also held). This is probably its key selling point, as a lot of locals seemed to be there too. The room itself was good with plenty of space. It was a good fit for our relaxed holiday.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The breakfast on the 5th floor was excellent and the view was outstanding. Will stay again. We were able to park our motorcycle in the covered parking.

A modern, well furnished sea-front hotel with very comfortable rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast looking over the bay. The best hotel in Kalamata. Staff are friendly, the beds are so comfortable and it’s just a lovely place to stay within walking distance of the city centre.

Beautiful place to stay, lovely views of the beach front park, the restaurant was magnificent!

Great location and we had a sea view room. The only downside was the noise level from motorbikes racing up and down outside. The hotel looks a bit tired and could do with a freshening up.

A very clean and spacious hotel. A good sized room with a very large comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the bay. The buffet breakfast choice was absolutely enormous and suits all tastes, the best I’ve seen or had for a long time. The restaurant, bar and breakfast room, called the “Loft”, is very spacious and located on the 5th floor which is the roof terrace and has fantastic views. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back again. Jim and Sara
