Semiramis City Hotel

We spent a wonderful 8 days at this hotel, and the absolute highlight of our holiday was the restaurant and its service. ​From day one, the team impressed us with their professionalism. The staff members were extremely attentive, prompt, and friendly. Savvas, the restaurant manager, deserves a special mention—he is an amazing person with extraordinary energy and a rare, positive vibe. ​The food was delicious and varied at both breakfast and dinner, with great vegetarian options as well. During our stay, we caught two fantastic themed nights: ​Greek Night: A great celebration of traditional flavors. The food was spectacular, especially the souvlaki, which was so tender it melted in our mouths. The atmosphere was very fun; Savvas, the waiters, and some guests even danced the famous Zorba the Greek together. ​Italian Night: Delicious dishes paired with great wines and a wonderful atmosphere filled with famous Italian hits and well-known songs. A lovely touch was the staff's attire, as the waiters added small, themed accessories to their classic uniforms.

Il mangiare al ristorante era discreio

Een prachtig schoon en netjes hotel. Een super mooie ligging. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de oude stad (10 min wandelen) en vlakbij het strand. Er zijn vele gezellige restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt. Echt een ideale uitvalsbasis. Je kunt bij het hotel aan de weg parkeren ( gratis). Als je alleen bij het hotel blijft is auto niet noodzakelijk. We zijn lopend naar de haven gegaan voor uitstapje Turkije. Het hotel zelf. Is netjes en schoon. Een klein maar prima zwembad. Bed lag heerlijk; handdoeken schoon en fris; lekker airco en douche spullen en koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Het ontbijt is goed. Heerlijk. Het diner ( lopend buffet) is goed. Aan de vriendelijkheid van de bediening zal het niet liggen. We waren niet zo enthousiast over het eten. Salades altijd goed, broodje en soep ook prima. Mochten we nogmaals gaan dan alleen ontbijt. Ga lekker uit eten ergens in de omgeving. Lekker, vers, warm en goedkoper.

Eigenlijk niets. We kregen een gratis up grade en zaten helemaal boven in. Een prachtig balkon ( jammer dat afvoer airco op vloer balkon valt; natte voeten en niet zo fris). Wel een prachtig uitzicht. Dus ik ben tevreden ;) We hebben het prachtig gehad.

We have just returned from a short break staying at the Semiramis City Hotel and would like to thank all of the staff for such an enjoyable stay. We would like to give a special thank you to Savvas who made sure we were both made to feel very welcome each day in the restaurant. Both the choice and quality of food during our breakfast and evening meal was faultless. In addition we would also like to give another special thank you to Mirgena. Both of these members of staff are a real asset to your hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel for a future holiday.
