We liked the position, the friendliness and generosity of the staff from the moment we arrived in the complimentary golf cart transfer to the early exit with essential support to retrieve a lost item from another hotel navigating wrong numbers and ferry timings, we were very grateful to Guiliana and team.

Nothing but a small pool may be nice in the future although there is a jacuzzi

Preis / Leistung erschien uns nicht angemessen, Zimmer zu klein, Sicht aus dem Zimmer auf vergammelten Sportplatz, Nutzung der Hotel-Einrichtungen ( Terrassen ) nicht klar geregelt.

Personnel très sympathique et avenant, dejeuner très frais et délicieux, propreté du site complet est irréprochable! Merveilleux moments !

the bedrooms are not that comfortable - value for money inexpected a bit more such as: duvet on the bed, night courtersy, complementary water, not sharing the balcony with other bedroom, black out courtins, original ortigia soap or cream in the bathroom instead of filling it with somethinng that is not ortigia
