Please note that check-in is at Residence Aviotel, loc. La Pila, 57034 Campo nell'Elba (LI), 1.2 mi from the apartments. A surcharge of EUR 25 per hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 25 per person per set. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of EUR 35 per stay. The cost of the linen is €25 per person for each change. Renting the linen is optional, and the guest can decide how often they want it changed: if they want a daily change, they will pay €25 per person per day; if they prefer, for example, a weekly linen change, they will pay only €25 per person per week. The heating cost is €12 per day for studios and €18 per day for one‑bedroom apartments. The supplement is mandatory until May 31 and from October 1. During the remaining periods, it is optional (charged only if used). The air‑conditioning cost is €8 per day in studios and €12 per day in one‑bedroom apartments, and it is mandatory from June 20 to August 31. During the remaining periods, it is optional (charged only if used). This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
