Parador de Jávea

Breakfast selection was good and food was replenished quickly. Room allocated entailed an extremely long walk to reach which posed a problem for my wife who has mobility problems. Cleanliness throughout the Hotel was excellent and we will visit again in the future.

Toujours bien placé son emplacement est fantastique.Et le restaurant est bon.Jardin trés agréable ainsi que la piscine. Plus de bruit comme les autres années du bar de l'autre cote du canal FIN 9 H00 OUF!!

La télé 4/3 pour un écran en 16/9.Le wifi = ADSL 1990 debit nul.Fauteuil des chambres défoncés ils ont plus de 10 ans.Arrivé un WE aucun service au petit dejeuné.Machine a café au buffet qui s'arrete quand le tiroir des dosettes est plein. Et aprés c'est le bidon d'eau qui est vide :Queue interminable au café.Pas a la hauteur de l’établissement. Le semaine service a table du café ENFIN! et enfin baignoires difficile a enjamber pour les + de 70 ans pas de douche a revoir

Location excellent and room was spacious with excellent sea view (no balcony but looking out to sea).Huge picture window v private and quiet.

Service was slow (non existent in the bar so went elsewhere). Parking arrangements unnecessarily complicated need easier access system so clients not doing all the work. We felt was very expensive given we had stayed all over Spain including Barcelona,Granada and Madrid and this was the most expensive!!

Las habitaciones son grandes y las vistas increíbles.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. Son amplias pero están anticuadas. Los baños también. A pesar de que la ubicación es estupenda, tiene al lado un chiringuito donde hacen fiestas de vez en cuando , con permiso del Ayuntamiento, con la música a todo volumen. No es culpa del parador, pero si toca fiesta el ruido es insoportable. En mi caso también tuvimos un problema de salud grave antes de llegar y nos retrasamos un día que perdimos ya que no teníamos cancelación gratuita. Nos pusimos en contacto con el parador para ver si podían beneficiarnos de alguna manera y fueron correctos, ya que obviamente no teníamos derecho, pero poco amables y con muy pocas ganas de ayudar.

Situación y trato del personal (sobre todo en restaurante)

Los ruidos (en la habitación de arriba arrastraban sillas y mesa de continuo ...). Muy molesto, por favor, pongan tacos de felpa en las patas !!!

Cierra la piscina a las 19,00h, demasiado pronto para esta época. Obligan al desayuno con un precio muy alto. El comedor necesita una carta más atractiva. De hecho tiene pocos clientes .

Habitación y baño espacioso pero sobretodo muy limpio

Es muy antiguo , necesita de una gran reforma

This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here many times and the restaurant staff have always been charming and helpful. However this time they were all different and rude and unfriendly. It was almost impossible to order a cooked breakfast without annoying them. It was very disappointing and totally different to our usual experience here at this hotel. A kettle in a standard room instead of just in the Deluxe rooms would be much appreciated.
