Hermitage Mallorca Hotel & Spa

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a spa with a sauna and steam room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. There is plenty of parking and the whole location is picturesque.

The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental and the hair dryer was a little bit weak but these are such small issues.

Wir wollten genau das und unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen: Traumhafte Anlage Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit Toller Service in Restaurant Herrausragend gutes Essen (sowohl vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet als auch das super leckere,regional geprägte Abendessen) Der Blick in das tramuntanagebirge und die Ruhe Zimmer groß und komfortabel (bitte vor allem den kaffekocher beibehalten!) Es war alles perfekt

Nichts,es war toll! Man muss sich aber bewusst sein,das man ein Auto benötigt fürs auswärtige abendessen oder Ausflüge. Wir haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen,weil es so gut war…aber es hätte auch gute Restaurants in Orient,Álaro oder Bunyola gegeben

We had four nights booked in Palma to follow this. We cancelled them. That’s probably the most honest review we can give. L’Hermitage is tucked away in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains — UNESCO World Heritage, absolutely stunning — and it’s built around an old monastery that gives the whole place an atmosphere you can’t manufacture. Stone walls, history, total quiet. It just feels special from the moment you arrive. Rooms were immaculate and really comfortable. No complaints whatsoever — everything was clean, well looked after, and felt genuinely cared for rather than just ticked off a checklist. The staff were brilliant. Warm, attentive, always with a smile — and it never felt like an act. The kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being fussed over. The pool is gorgeous, sitting right up against the old monastery walls as a backdrop — easily one of the most atmospheric spots we’ve ever had a drink by. The spa did exactly what a spa should do. The restaurant was excellent. We didn’t want to leave and, well, we proved it. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
