"Ondanks de gebreken, zeker de moeite waard voor het uitzicht"

Het uitzicht! Echt prachtig. Wij zaten wel in een junior suite, en de kleinere kamers zaten aan de achterkant dus die hebben misschien iets minder zicht. Verder was het erg schoon op de kamer en werd deze ook echt goed schoongehouden. Het bed was heerlijk en groot en vanuit het bed keek je zo de bergen in. Echt aan te raden alleen al om het uitzicht.

Zoals al vermeld in andere recensies liepen wij tegen veel dezelfde dingen aan. Bij de receptie nemen ze gewoon de telefoon op op het moment dat ze jou aan het helpen zijn, behoorlijk onbeschoft. Het hotel is groot maar heeft hier en daar behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud. Onze kamer was echt goed schoon, maar had flinke krassen op de parketvloer, stucwerk wat losliet, een vloertegel die loszat en tussendeuren die klemden op de vloer. Ook zag ik veel klachten over de spa en dat is inderdaad helemaal terecht want die is de € 40 niet waard. Zelfs gratis zou ik hem overslaan. In de stoom sauna zat schimmel op de muren en die was meer heet dan dat er stoom was (je kon niet eens gaan zitten, want dan brandde je je billen), de Finse sauna was super klein en ook rond het zwembad overal schimmel op de muren. Van de vier thema douches deden er drie het niet. Alleen het bubbelbad buiten is eventueel de moeite waard, omdat je dan een mooi uitzicht hebt over de bergen. Niet alle kamers waren bezet in het hotel, dus toen onze kamer ons niet aanstond konden wij wel heel makkelijk wisselen na een andere, daar waren ze wel heel behulpzaam in. Het zwembad is trouwens pas 26 juni open, grote fout van booking om dat niet even op de site te vermelden, want op de site van het hotel zelf is het wel terug te vinden. Ook stond er bij booking dat de kamer twee keer een tweepersoonsbed had, dat is niet het geval.

Leider war die Badesaison noch nicht eröffnet und wir konnten weder den Pool noch den Spa-Bereich nutzen, was natürlich schade war.
