Fabulous building, gardens, and inside lounge areas. Great location on Chinchon. Very attentive to special dietary needs.

I'd have liked the outside pool to be open. It was warm on our stay.

"レストランで食べなければ良かった"

フロントや客室スタッフが親切でした。

最初から、レストランのスタッフの方を何度呼んでも無視、差別されていると途中で気付きました。スープもテーブルに投げるように置いた為こぼれても知らぬ顔で行ってしまう。 カブァと一緒にオーダーしていたお水も忘れられていて、体調が悪く痛み止めを飲まないと食事も出来ない私は哀しい思いをしました。 その他も色々あり、食事をしなければ良かったと後悔しました。 フロントや客室スタッフさんはとても親切で、お世話になりまして有難うございました、

"It was an absolutely beautiful amazing place … magical!"

It is absolutely stunning in every possible way .

The evening meal was ok . I wasn’t charged for the dish I did not like . The melon was a bit old at breakfast and there was no butter only margarine.
