"¡Cuidado si quieres una factura! "

Divido en dos partes mi comentario. Por un lado el hotel está normalito tirando a viejuno. Para mí es más un tres estrellas que uno de cuatro. El desayuno escaso y poco variado con un camarero que se sobreesfuerza por ser amable y gracioso. Encomiable. Pero el hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada y es relativamente tranquilo. Por otro lado pedí una factura que necesitaba por motivos laborales. Imposible. El hotel no me la hizo porque lo contraté por Hoteles.com y la empresa se niega a hacerla porque es una sociedad americana y allí no existe el IVA. Tratar con Hoteles.com es muy difícil. Por mail te responden de forma semiautomática sin resolver nada y por teléfono si tienes la paciencia y la suerte suficiente, consigues hablar con un operador que está en EEUU y que intentará ser amable contigo y darte conversación a sabiendas de que no va a resolver nada. Si queréis una factura del hotel no pageis por adelantado a la empresa. Hacedlo en el hotel. Creo que el hotel también es responsable de qué yo no pueda cobrar mi dieta por no tener factura por trabajar con empresas de este tipo y sobre todo por no advertir nada en la página web.
