L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre de Loudéac. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable et tous les équipements sont prévus. Le petit-déjeuner est somptueux et la possibilité de dîner au restaurant du RDC facilite grandement les choses.

Dans la chambre sous le toit, il faisait trop chaud à notre arrivée et aucune ventilation n'est prévue. Pour accéder au 3ème étage, l'ascenseur s'arrête au...2ème ! La suite par les escaliers est peu pratique avec les valises. Le prix se situe dans la gamme "haute" de Loudéac.
