Eine Busstation zur Innenstadt war nur 2 Min. entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Eine Wegbeschreibung für den Parkplatz hätte ich mir gerne schon im Voraus gewünscht. Er liegt zwar direkt hinter dem Hotel, ist aber nur über mehrere Seitenstraßen zu erreichen. Vor dem Hotel stehen nämlich Parkplätze zur Verfügung....auch nicht für kurze Zeit.

Personnel très agréable, disponible et à l’écoute. Chambre et linge propre. Kitchenette fonctionnelle. Hammam et sauna agréable, bon équipement de la salle de sport! Fontaine d’eau fraîche disponible sur le palier

Évacuation de la douche bouchée, douchette qui ne fonctionne pas très bien malgré la manipulation du téton pour changer de mode.

Mauvaise situation, bruit environnant, l’hygiène et la vétusté de la douche, la chaleur excessive de la chambre et pour couronner le tout le dessert impropre à la consommation (crème fraîche avariée). Aucune excuse ni de la cuisine ni de la réception.

Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner Personnel sympathique

Emplacement éloigné du centre . Tramway un peu éloigné. Départ très bruyant d un bus de touristes, très tôt, juste sous les fenêtres de notre chambre !
