Hotel et infrastructures très agréable, bon accueil et disponibilité du personnel. Petits bémols: pb électrique dans la chambre (impossible d éclairer seulement les liseuses ou lampes de chevet sans tout éclairer!) et une latte du lit d appoint absente! (Lit facture en plus du tarif, pourtant indiqué pour 3 personnes sur hotel.com!?!)

"very good but overpriced hotel"

fairly expensive for a 3* hotel from my experience. The onsite spa and restaurant are definitely appealing. The wine fridge (loud buzzing noise) in the restaurant / breakfast area is very irritating and we had to ask for it to be unplugged. For a hotel of that caliber, I thought the wine quality was mediocre. Very peaceful and well managed hotel otherwise. The gate at the entrance/exit is slightly annoying although I do understand it is for safety but Saint Galmier is hardly a rough area !
