Arrivés à 23h00, ayant réservé une heure avant, nous avons été accueilli à l'interphone par un homme profondément endormi qui se raclait la gorge et reniflait.... et nous dis qu'il n'a pas de chambre ! Nous lui expliquons la démarche que nous avons faite, il ne comprend visiblement rien, et de toute évidence il ne connaît pas internet (non, non je ne plaisante pas !!! Aussi grotesque que cela puisse paraître...). Après nous avoir permis d'accéder à la réception, on découvre un "retraité" version vieux marin très fatigué sur le retour, en "marcel" trop court (merci le nombril proéminent).... s'il avait été ivre, le tableau aurait été parfait... Il a appelé "la patronne" qui a longuement tenté de lui expliquer la démarche pour faire l'entrée, et après avoir réussi à payer la nuitée, ma femme m'a dit qu'elle ne dormirait pas ici, trop peur après ce qui venait de se passer, en plus dans le fond d'une zone industrielle....
Souhait : revêtement anti dérapant dans la zone toilette en sortie de douche.
court séjour à Reims mais bon hôtel simple mais confortable , un peu excentré mais avec une voiture pas de problème. juste le lit supplémentaire un peu juste pour un ado de 17 ans ! petit déjeuner savoureux

APESARDO HOTEIS.COM ter confirmado a reserva, ter informado recepção por 24 h, chegamos no hotel completamente fechado e sem luz na recepção. Veia a polícia que exigiu que nos identificássemos e explicasse o que estávamos fazendo na entrada do Hotel, fomos embora e como não encontramos qualquer outro hotel com vaga, voltamos ao Prim , conseguimos acordar o gerente ou dono não, nem sabia que o Hoteis.com existia....acabamos dormindo no Posto de gasolina.
Hôtel très bruyant et les personnes qui séjournent ne respectent rien (fume et hurle dans les couloirs ) Pas d intervention du veilleur de nuit malgré mon appel. Sa réponse << je ne peux rien faire 》 En résumé peur d'intervenir tout simplement Dommage l'hôtel pourrait être agréable
hôtel sympathique avec un très bon accueil. Il est juste dommage que les douches arrivent à bout... privilégiez les chambres avec baignoire.
Bonne halte pour un simple passage. Situé dans une zone commerciale. Chambre propre : c est l’essentiel. La douche est vétuste mais fonctionne. Calme et parking pratique. Petit détail à noter : nettoyer les plafonniers car il y a de nombreuses mouches mortes visible quand on allume la lumière et qu on est dans le lit.
