Logis Hotel Restaurant La Marjolaine

Très bien sur tous rapports, accueil, confort, qualité des mets....

beautiful property and grounds,easy to find,mostly polite staff.

.Although room was comfortable with extra large bed it lacked character,the so called mini bar which was just fridge which was not even on so water inside was warm. Room would have benefited from having a small table and chaires outside French doors, also no ventilation in room causing it to be very stuffy. coffee making facilities were inadequate.Restaurant menu was very limited with no vegetarian options which ment we had to eat elsewhere during our 2night stay.

Having visited La Marjolaine many times in the past though not for the past 4 years due to illness and the Pandemic we found it just as we expected it to be and enjoyed our stay there as much as we had always done in the past. The location , the facilities, the service and the food were very good as they always have been. We look forward to our next visit

The accomodation was good and adequate for ourselves and our pet. We only rec eived the message that the restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived there was no staff just one person on reception and no service of any kind because they had no staff . It was great for the dog he had all the grounds to walk and play in

We were just given a key to the room we were staying in and told if we want any food or service to go into the village which was a 10 minute drive lack of any personal service

Lovely spot and excellent understated service

Maitre'd was more than helpful through out the day, free use of cycles, great location, excellent restaurant and great quality of food. Every aspect of this hotel was good value, and gave us a perfect start to our holiday in this region.

no staff due to covid19 restaurant and bar closed so no food until breakfast

We were held up on our journey to the hotel and although we only arrived an hour late the reception was closed and there was absolutely no member of staff to give us our room key. No messages were left for us. We tried to ring on the hotel phone number we had and the calls just went through to an answerphone that they were unavailable. After trying to make contact with the hotel for half an hour we drove off and found another hotel. We really cannot recommend this hotel, and do not expect to get charged.
