++ pour l’accueil, la propreté et la localisation.

L’insonorisation : il y a du bruit NUIT et jour ! On a l’impression de dormir dans un dortoir géant car on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté, au dessus, dans le couloir et à l’extérieur ! Impossible de dormir malgré des boules quies. Le petit déjeuner : prix excessif (12€/pers) pour une qualité et diversité très moyenne. Aussi, les horaires annoncent jusqu’à 9h : nous nous sommes présentés, les 2 matins, à 8h et les serveurs étaient déjà en train de remballer le buffet (les groupes étaient passés donc on se fiche des autres clients). Si vous ne faites pas parti d’un groupe de pèlerins, passez votre tour. Les auberges de jeunesse sont moins chers et vous aurez la même sensation niveau nuisance sonore (et encore !).

Very good location to Lourdes Sanctuary. Room is spacious, good A/C, comfortable bed and badroom is good as well. The lication if my room is not comfortable as it is located at the passage area level where guest walk around and for this I cannot open my room curtain. Breakfast is ok on Monday but on Tuesday the sausage and scrambled egg were missing.
