"A Warm Welcome and Thoughtful Stay Just Steps from the Sanctuary!"

I recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. I arrived late, past check-in time, and was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Alvarro, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The kitchen and nearby restaurants were already closed, and my friend and I were very hungry-but he went out of his way to arrange snacks and water for us, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, well-heated, and thoughtfully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps), as well as a kettle with coffee and tea. The location was also perfect-just a few yards’ walk to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, which made our stay even more special. A genuinely caring and welcoming experience-thank you, Alvarro!
