Château de Bellecroix

Looked great, staff friendly and breakfast nice

Like it but was very basic - looks great on the outside. Pool was great but cold No kettle/drink facilities in the room

The outside!

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The place smelt of smoke. The atmosphere was stale. The staff disappeared. The swimming pool was too cold to use. There was no option for an evening meal after a long journey. There is nothing in walking distance for dinner or shopping. The duvet was a winter duvet. There was a window very high on the wall very small. The room had no view. There were no pictures on the wall. Hugely disappointing, not the chateau we expected.

We had a very nice stay in the beautiful chateau. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind.

Everything was good.

It was a traditional building with lots of character.

Opportunity to stay in a castle

Localization, breKfast begins only 7:30, reception only works from 7:30 to 20:30!!!

Old castle, full of history with a familiar atmosphere

We expected the small room, it was at the level of our expectation

noice from the road near by, no ventilation options

A very charming original chateau which looks superb

Unfortunately my room did not have air conditioning but everything else was wonderful
