"THe staff was so helpful and courteous even though we were not fluent in French"

The dinners were outstanding and well worth the price and time spent! The staff were always helpful. The location was the best for us since we wanted to go to the Abby across the street which was the purpose of our trip there. We also used the hotel as a base to go to surrounding cities we wanted to see and then returned to a great meal and evening.

Although hotel was clean and staff pleasant, when they were there, the process to check-in late was awkward and frustrating to say the least.
