"Locatie"

De locatie en prive parkeerplaats, midden in het oude centrum, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt . 1 nacht en dag is genoeg om Provins te zien .

Kaner was erg gedateerd niet zoals op de foto’s, badkamer en aparte toilet waren wel up to date wel douchen in bad. Slaapkamer was erg klein.

"A lovely stay with very kind staff."

We had a medical emergency on our first evening and the way the staff, especially Michael, handled the situation was truly amazing. He went above and beyond in assisting and making sure we were cared for. He looked after everything and was so caring, making sure we were okay. He went above and beyond. The kindness by all the staff and guests in the hotel will be remembered for a very long time. The hotel is lovely. Well located, clean and very comfortable. Also, very quiet at night.

Le Lounge Bar, la qualité du restaurant. Le personnel courtois, aimable et compétent.

Pas de grille-pain pour le petit-déjeuner. On aurait aimé davantage de réactivité sur une demande service de chambre.

"Ótima localização, peca na estrutura do café da manhã"

Localização é um grande atrativo; instalações são ótimas, com o quarto bem equipado (inclusive boa climatização para dias quentes).

Café da manhã: muito desorganizado e demora grande na reposição de produtos. Talvez pela quantidade de pessoas em um domingo, mas deixou muito a desejar.

Établissement bien situé avec possibilité de se garer. Dans l’ensemble très calme. Le personnel est agréable.

Être réveillé par la lumière du jour le matin malgré les rideaux occultant la lumière passe. Le jour d’endroit où tu as envie de profiter c’est dommage
