Le personnel a été très accueillant et réactif quand il a fallu modifier quelques petites choses qui manquaient ou si ne fonctionnaient dans la chambre ou pour répondre à nos questions. Ce qui nous a moins plu : le manque de luminosité ( très petite fenetre) et d'espace dans la chambre ( autour du lit). La taille des couettes est trop petite. Elle est de la taille du matelas et ne déborde pas. Du coup quand on bouge elle part. Peut être également rajouter des infusions et pas seulement du thé pour le petit déjeuner. Le plus restera la localisation à proximité de restaurants et le personnel très gentil

Very friendly welcome from the staff. The hotel lobby is new but the rooms need to be renovated. They are very small but were clean and quiet. We stayed for one night so the room was sufficient. Just fine for a quick stop over.

Es un sitio especial y único, que conserva todo el encanto de siglos atrás pero con total confort y y modernidad. El entorno además es precioso... y el restaurante excelente! La única "pega" por decir algo es no tener ascensor.. pero claro como va a pegar un ascensor en un sitio así? Mejor llevar equipaje pequeño si tu habitación está muy arriba y listo!

Good quality budget hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom. The hotel is located close to a retail park with an abundance of shops and amenities. There is a nice restaurant next door, and on site parking.
