Amazing location

The Chateau and grounds are beautiful. But, what we appreciated the most, was the wonderful service. Before we arrived, we requested help arranging transportation and dinner reservations in the area and the front desk staff (including Sebastien and Aurelien) helped to arrange this. They were very responsive, courteous, and made the process very easy for us. They assisted us with our luggage. The young man in the dining area was very professional and informative. We enjoyed the sense of humor and wine suggestions from the sommelier. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic (we recommend the cheese service), as was the breakfast buffet. Our room was bright, with beautiful views, a coffee maker, soft slippers, nice toiletries, and a nice bath. The seating area outside was beautiful, as it looked into the vineyard. We didn’t use any of the spa services or tastings at the adjacent vineyard, but we enjoyed a bottle from their vintage in the salon. The setting was so lovely that some of our family is considering returning to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Gorgeous property, my wife felt like a princess. Staff was friendly, and helpful with restaurant suggestions, wine tasting appointments and tour options. Requests were met with quick responses. Dinner was superb, and we would have dined there every night if the menu had more selections. Our only suggestion would be for a little more variety at breakfast as after several days the options had not changed.

Mala comunicacion con el hotel antes del check in. Me enviaron correo para comentar lugares limitados en spa y restaurante, conteste para reservar. Hablamos nuevamente un dia antes del ceck in. Llegando nos dijeron que no tenian lugar ni para spa ni para restaurante

Un gran hotel. Te sientes transportado al pasado. Muy cómodo.

The food at the chateau was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the vineyards.
