Lovely quiet,small hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and you should eat at the hotel on the evenings they are doing food. Armelle is a great chef. Despite the fact it is a set menu they were very accommodating catering for my partner who is vegetarian. We stayed in Room 8 which is the only first floor room but you get great views of Roussillion and a very large private balcony complete with loungers and picnic table.

3.5 kms from Roussillion and very close to Gordes. Excellent pool area. Great dining. Very quiet and romantic.
We enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice. It is a ways out of town and remote from stores and restaurants. Breakfast is OK but not worth the fee charged compared to other places we stayed in France.

Outstanding service, great location and rooms that provide a fantastic view of Roussillon. The restaurant provides a very good dinner. There are additional restaurants not too far away. The spa facilities are very inviting.

If you want a relaxing stay in Provence's countryside, but still be near to several sightseeing locations, this is it! Hotel La Cle de Champs is a small hotel, right between the STUNNING hilltop villages of Roussilon and Gordes. It could not have a more relaxing atmosphere. The views from the fabulous pool overlook the most gorgeous setting of rolling hills, fields of lavender and mountains in the distance. We stayed two nights with our toddler and had plenty of room. Just wish we would have had longer! Also, do book to have dinner at the hotel at least once. It is superb and the outdoor seating has the most wonderful backdrop!
