Lovely hotel and really friendly staff! Good breakfast too.

This is a clean beautiful bed and breakfast. Other than that the experience was poor. The staff was not helpful in terms of making dinner reservations, coordinating transportation, and giving directions to town etc. We were told the walk into town was 20 minutes, took 35 and all uphill, we were told there was a food market 5 minutes up the road, took 20 minutes to walk there, all uphill and then when we got back to hotel they told us the market delivers. The staff just doesn't proactively tell guests about actual time to get around, best places to eat (they give touristy restaurants, nothing authentic Italian) and they make promises regarding transportation that they do not keep (Claimed they could take us and another couple, 5 people, to port when we needed to depart. Came time to leave and they were not available to take us). The Hotel is not in a good location. It is in Anacapri but not close to the town. By car takes 10 minutes but cabs are VERY EXPENSIVE and they do not have a shuttle service. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from hotel but not reliable with timing. If you walk into central Anacapri it takes 35 minutes straight uphill. Very tough walk both there and back. They need to have a shuttle service from the hotel. The staff overall was just not helpful and not willing to go out of their way to give us tips and tricks about how to best get around and visit Capri. We would NOT stay there again.

Unfortunately it was only one night in Anacapri.This little family hotel is very very nice,surrounded by beautiful garden,every room has a patio in the garden.Everything is spotless clean,very quiet. Antonietta the owner met us in the port and drove to the hotel,was very helpful to give us information what to see in Anacapri and Capri since we did not have too much time,arranged our tickets to get to the Naples and bring our luggage to the port next day.I can not say enough good things about this place.Little off from main attractions but it did not bother us I liked to feel like you live here not just visiting,and the walking on that beautiful quiet streets was very nice, public transportation was very convenient.

A lovely place run by a wonderful family in Anacapri. The room was very clean, immaculate in fact, and the surrounding gardens were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel as a calm and peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. The breakfast was simple but delicious and hand prepared from local produce each day. The family who own this hotel really make it special, they are kind, helpful and you feel welcomed to their hotel in all interactions. The only reason that this isn't a full 5 star rating is that it would really benefit from a small pool to cool off in during the hot summer months and the walk/ bus to Anacapri centre from the hotel would be a struggle for some. A shuttle service or similar would really help make this place perfect. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just wonderful...a beautiful, welcoming family who run a wonderful little hotel. Perfect place in Anacapri. Highly recommend!

Comfortable accomodations, wonderful staff, quaint location.

Hotel Mulino is a perfect getaway spot if you want peace & quiet on a tourist island. We stayed 2 nights, walked into Anacapri center 3 times for shopping and meals, rented scooters which were organized by the hotel & brought to us. Antoinette and her family were very nice & welcoming, super helpful (we had lost our luggage upon airport arrival), and accommodating.

I graduated college last year and decided to travel with my parents. My dad has always wanted to go to Italy, and what better place to go than the great island of Capri! We got to Capri and were picked up by the hotel staff, which turned out to be the owners as well! This great family, who owned the hotel, treated us with a lot of respect and gave us great recommendations of what to visit in the island. We had to wash our clothes. They not only washed and dry our clothes, they also folded and left our clothes on our beds.

We thought this was a great hotel. A super convienient Shuttle to and from the Capri ferry docks. Nice rooms and great breakfast. They arranged for us to rent a scooter which was brought right to the hotel and picked up the next day. For us this a great hotel and we would stay again. BUT it is a bit out of the way. If you don't want to scooter you will have to walk or bus everywhere. Capri/ Annacapri is a fairly small island get a scooter and have a great time
