The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.

"Kindergarten!"

This 3-star (?) hotel is maybe OK if you travel with young children. Lots of kids running around all over the hotel and also in the restaurants. The hotel is located outside of St. Moritz in what is called ‘Little Milano’. Super long lift queues to get up to the ski area! The queues start at 7.15 and the lift opens at 7.45 am. Overall a painful experience. Would not recommend.
