The service is exceptional from start to finish. The entire team is warm, welcoming, efficient, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. Every detail feels thoughtfully handled. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ideal for winter evenings, and the food is truly excellent throughout the hotel. The spa facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—providing the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Evenings at Cresta Palace are especially memorable, with DJ nights, live music, and nightly cocktails in the elegant lounge area, creating a wonderful atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming. Cresta Palace delivers everything you want from a luxury mountain hotel: a stunning location, exceptional service, excellent food, beautiful spa facilities, and a warm, inviting energy. Good location, cold atmosphere. We ate dinner in empty hotel restaurant with 200 seats. Wellness needs urgent renovation, hotel is clean and good maintained.
