Da Elda Natural Retreat

Struttura moderna e pulita , mangiare buono, staff cortese ma non poi cosi efficiente.

Assolutamente un servizio non da 4 stelle. Non so orami che criteri ci sono per attribuire le stelle ad una struttura ma mettendo in confronto altri hotel che hanno le stese stelle questo non le merita. Colazione niente di che. Se viaggiate con bambini la struttura non ha niente che possa intrattenerli, nè giochi da tavolo nè giochi esterni. Ho chiesto un gelat per merenda mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano , suggerendomi poi di uscire al bar vicino dove sicuramente lo avrei trovato.

The staff is awesome, very nice people in the hotel and in the area in general. The restaurant was really good, the service was perfect.

We arrived at the hotel after a hard day of travel thinking about the Sauna, but when we asked for it we were told it was an extra and the price was exorbitant, it made no sense at all. So we were left without a sauna.

This stay was a surprising find. It was in a peaceful little town close to Lago di Ledro surrounded by nature and mountains. The place is a great starting point for many hikes. The staff was very accommodating with us. We travelled with a 1yo and unknowingly we booked a room in which the crib would not fit but they were very nice and upgraded our room free of charge. Breakfast was really diverse and delicious and the hotel restaurant was very good, must try it. We ended up eating every evening there because we wanted to try everything.

Ho soggiornato per un weekend il 6/7 settembre del 2014 in questo hotel. Io e il mio compagno cercavamo tranquillità e pace,questo hotel ha rispettato i canoni all'eccellenza. Ho scelto la camera che dava sui monti tutto intorno un pò piu piccola di quella data da loro ma la vista era ineguagliabile.Ambiente pulito ed accogliente,gestione a livello famigliare,cordialità e prodotti fatti in casa di ottima bontà. Abbiamo cenato la sera consigliati da loro sulla scelta del menù. Possibilità di noleggio biciclette che abbiamo prontamente utilizzato il giorno dopo per fare uno splendido giro al lago di Ledro. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel,specialmente a chi vuole scappare per riposare mente e corpo. Sicuramente torneremo.
