Villa Margherita

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. The accommodations were lovely although the rooms were a bit smaller than anticipated. The main inside areas were beautifully decorated and the outside patio area was very relaxing. The staff were gracious and welcoming. There was a breakfast buffet which had a variety of food offerings. I am not sure if they offer other meals as we ate dinner at their sister establishment Villa Franceschi.

Lady at the reception desk was extremly friendly. Rooms are not big,but they are cozy and nice decorated. There is no noise in the night because there is a park between road and villa. Parking place is big and safe. Room where breakfast is served is amazing. Breakfast is good.

This is 17th century building with rooms in outstanding condition and cleanliness. One of the best services by reception desk we have seen in Italy. Also an amazing park like setting behind the building. This is one of those hidden gems you should experience. Forgot to mention autstanding breakfast and to top everything off they saw at check in that it was my wife’s birthday and in the evening we found bottle of champagne in the room. Big thank you for your hospitality!

I know this place for many years. Despite this it has not changed. Good location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms. A nice park surrounds the property with a large and safe car parking. I will return, respectively recommend it to friends of mine.

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a really good experience here. I slept very comfortably, no noise at all and the bed mattress was of excellent quality. When choosing a hotel, resting time is of utmost importance. Secondly, the decor is of very good taste: every detail has been taken care of. All the antique furniture has been restored - the rooms also have antique pieces which makes it all more luxurious. Finally, the location: it is set between Venice and Padua along the main road. However, you will not hear traffic noise. Although the hotel staff state that buses to Padua take only 25 minutes, it actually takes 40/45 minutes to get to the main station by bus (plus waiting time) and from there another 15 minutes to walk into the centre... so my advice is to use your car if you want to get to Padua. Breakfast needs to be improved: it includes a selection of cheeses , fresh bread and lovely pastries but unfortunately it does not provide anything cooked except for eggs. However, if you are expecting a cooked breakfast, they can arrange it at an additional cost (at least this is what I understood) The Staff is very nice. I would go again because I fell in love with the decor which took me back in time

We stayed at this villa for a couple of days at the end of our trip to Italy. The villa was beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in a standard room and the room was plenty big. We had a view of the front entrance walkways that was beautiful. They had a big breakfast that was complimentary. They don't have a restaurant for dinner but they have a sister villa within walking distance that has excellent food. Mira has a small city center but we were able to find a couple little places for lunch while we stayed there. The villa staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was our anniversary trip and the villa staff left a bottle of wine/champagne in the room for us which was very sweet.

In October 2018 we stayed for two nights at this villa; it was the end of our trip to Italy.It was a beautiful villa and the staff was all very helpful and attentive. They have a huge complimentary meal for breakfast. They don't have a restaurant for dinner onsite, but they do have a sister villa that has a restaurant and is within walking distance. Mira had a small city center, but we were able to find a couple of cute little places for lunch.
