Absolutely unbelievable stay. The hotel was everything we could have asked for and more. The quality of the facilities, spa amenities, and fantastic food/service were unparalleled. Bravo!

Varieties of options/offer, high quality food, infinity pool, focus on health, hotel structure, good quality of massages, kindness of staff

General pricing for drinks eg filtered water, lack of room amenities eg a cattle for being able to have a tea or coffee in the room, lack of booking system for pool services (eg jet at the outdoor sauna was already full at the moment it started!), amount of people on a Saturday afternoon/evening at the pool/thermae area (controlled access or a system to remove towels when people do not use their seat after a certain time would allow more people to find a place to lay down)

Personal überaus aufmerksam und freundlich; gelebter Umweltschutz ; "pflanzenbasierte Ernährung" wird überaus angenehm präsentiert, so dass sie zum Probieren verlockt; Wellnessangebote sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Nicht dem Hotel anzurechnen: wir hatten keine detaillierte Wanderkarte und mussten deshalb bei den Spaziergängen "kreativ" werden.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich nimmt sich für den Gast Zeit und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Überragend war das Essen! Sehr Hundefreundliches Hotel . Futternapf, Decke und Leckerchen auf dem Zimmer.
