Hotel Capizzo

The pool area was very relaxing and the location was easy. Reception desk was always staffed and available for any questions. We had a snack at the pool which was lovely. The restaurant I'm sure would be good.

Angusta la stanza; Piccolo il bagno, quasi inutilizzabile il WC, con la cabina doccia a ridosso. Arredi vetusti. Scale buie. Trappola in piscina: la vaschetta lavapiedi, tra l'altro vuota. Personale: ottima l'accoglienza, poi nel soggiorno, alcuni addetti alla reception davvero scortesi e al limite della maleducazione (il cliente si saluta e si ringrazia, non si "tollera')

Just the location. 7-10min downhill walk to the beach and thermal spa.

1. The tiniest room I have ever stayed in. This should be a store room not a hotel room 2. There was ants and a cockroach in my room 3. What really annoyed me was that at check in I was told room is with breakfast and was told the times. It was my mistake I didn’t check the booking. I went for breakfast the next day. It was horrible. Not many options. I had a very old not fresh pastry, COLD black coffee and a heavily watered down pinapple juice. On check out I was asked to pay €9 for this!!!!! As breakfast was not included. I should have trusted what the receptionist told me at check in. 4. The noise from door slamming starts at 0630 am. 5. Thankfully I stayed one night and moved to a proper hotel the next day. 6. The room is OVERPRICED for what it is.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Italian-style hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was easy to get around on the Island with busses going frequently and with bus stops close to the hotel.

We have no real complains - the hotel and the staff were so excellent! But a coffey maker in the room or in the reception for the guests to use, would have been perfect. The breakfast could also been one hour longer in the weekends.
