Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war perfekt, da ich einen frühen Zug am nächsten Tag hatte. Die Gegend um den Bahnhof ist leider - wie in anderen Städten auch - nicht ganz so einladend, aber es hat gepasst. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und ich bekam den tollen Tipp den Park Planten un Blomen zu besuchen. Das war wirklich sehr schön dort. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, durch die Lage zum Innenhof ruhig. Im Zimmer gab es leider keinen Wasserkocher, doch haben sie mir extra Wasser für meine Thermosflasche warmgemacht. Wirklich tolles Personal! Für den Preis eine gute Wahl.

Man hat die Türen der anderen Gäste doch relativ laut gehört. Und der Aufzug hält immer zwischen den Etagen, d.h. man muss mit dem Gepäck einige Treppenstufen hoch bzw. runter. Aber auch hier hat der Rezeptionist angeboten, meinen Koffer zu tragen.

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr gut informiert über Hamburg.

Die Dusche war nicht so sauber wie man sich das vorstellt.
