Apartment Hotel Konstanz

Bra hotell med tydlig personlig omsorg nedlagt på både rum och frukost. Lugnt. Rekommenderas även för längre vistelse. Pentry på på rummet.

I stayed here recently, the place is very quiet and clean. the Wi-Fi was ok, not the best but it worked. car park on premises is handy staff very helpful and friendly especially the friendly ( I think polish) lady in the breakfast room, she's lovely breakfast buffet is very nice too about 10 minute walk to a small supermarket Highly recommend this place.

Nous avons été placés dans une chambre qui ne figure pas sur le descriptif de l'hôtel. Au 4ème étage avec fenêtres réduites. Cette chambre n'est pas visible sur la description de l'hôtel et l'on nous présente des chambres avec grandes fenêtres. Mauvais séjour dans cet établissement.

콘스탄츠는 스위스와 인접한 독일 남부도시로 역사와 관광 복합도시 1900년대 초에 설립된 프랑스 군용 아파트를 1990년대 인수하여 개조한 아파트형 호텔. 호텔로 개조하였으나 독일식 관점에서의 근검절약 정신이 뛰어난 호텔이라고 생각됨 호텔에 묵으면 옛날 이차대전 이전에 이런 아파트에서 살았구나하는 느낌을 알 수 있을 것 같다. 도심과 가까이 있어 출타가 가능하고 콘스탄츠에서 맥주한잔하는 재미는 있을지 몰라도 호텔 자체는 매력적이지가 않다. 완전 구식 형태의 내부구조와 인테리어로 별 2개정도, 2.5정도가 적당할 듯 현재 책정된 상태는 과분하다고 생각함 직원은 친절하였으나 대체적으로 추천하기 곤란한 호텔 조식은 1층 뷔페에서 제공하나 비좁고, 딱히 먹을 것 없는 그저그런 정도 가격대비 비추천합니다.

Stayed one night as we were in town for Carnival, but could have stayed longer. Location is a nice 15- 20 min walk from the old town, great for walking off breakfast, which was excellent...especially the awesome coffee machine in the extra breakfast room. Lots of free parking. Wifi worked well. Triple rooms are very spacious with super comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Only minor complaint was the loudness of the other guests, but it was Carnival after all.

The room was really spacious with very high ceiling. It was very much comfortable. You might want to have a car to access to the downtown of Konstanz and parking was available on site. Staff members were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately dishes in the kitchen were not clean very much and we had to clean them before using.

Für das Preisleistungsverhältnis war das Hotel in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren etwas ringhörig. Der Zustand vom Hotel allgemein ist etwas renovationsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hingegen sehr gut, mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und erhielten ein sehr grosses Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Zi. 109). Das Bad ist ein in den Raum gebauter kleiner Raum mit Badewanne und WC und teilt gleichzeitig die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank vom Rest des Raumes ab. Der Kühlschrank hat leider störende Geräusche gemacht, hier könnte evtl. nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig, auch aus den anderen angrenzeden Zimmern kamen keine störenden Geräusche. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab noch ein Sofa und einen bequemen Schaukelstuhl zum fernsehen, also alles, was man braucht. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen abschliessbaren überdachten Fahrradständer. Das wichtigste für mich neben dem Bett ist immer das Frühstück, welches imho hervorragend war. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden, incl. Rührei/Bacon/Würstchen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, insgesamt waren alle Kontakte sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 1,5 km, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten. Zum Hotel gehört ein grosser Parkplatz. Für uns war das Hotel optimal, da wir einen Radträger am Auto hatten und 3 Tage lang Touren unternommen haben und das Auto in dieser Zeit gut stand. Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr erfreulich.
