De locatie en de douche

Bijna alles. Prijs is totaal uit verhouding. Voor 230 euro per nacht zou je toch veel meer mogen verwachten. Wifi heeft hele vakantie niet gewerkt en als je daar een melding over doet krijg je als antwoord: ja, jullie zitten ook hoog, of, je hebt toch 4g? Er zou er geen lekkende airco moeten zijn, er zou goed gecommuniceerd moeten worden over alle trappen die je moet lopen om het appartement te bereiken of toch minstens een karretje aanwezig zijn die de bagage naar boven brengt. Kamers stinken ontzettend naar riool. Personeel probeert tijdens ontbijt oververhit alles aan te vullen, maar zijn met te weinig. Kom je later dan 9.15 uur is het assortiment flink verminderd. Al met al hele dure vakantie, maar wat je er voor krijgt is weinig.

Ligging kamer. Erg veel trappen om bij kamer te komen. Wifi functioneerde niet. Airco lekte. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding niet goed.

El entorno tranquilo y lugar donde está ubicado el hotel

Horarios de bufet horribles,pero lo que menos me gustó es que nó hacen las habitaciones en la semana que estuvimos hospedados nos comía la mierda ,al estar en un entorno natural muchísimo polvo etc…vamos en 1 semana que estado 2 veces vinieron y solo hicieron las camas ni barrieron ni reponiéron toallas …todos los días bajé para decir que no an echo la habitación..y siempre lo mismo daremos el parte para que mañana se pasen ..mia que e viajado y estado visitando sitios pero sinceramente es el peor hotel en el que estado …

The room with broken door and damp

The hotel facilities are good, bedrooms are spacious and I like that is surrounded by trees and nature. The food variety is also good.

Bedroom and specifically the bathroom was extremely dirty. The bathroom was also smelly. We requested cleaning service few times since they seem ed to have forgotten our bedroom few times. Also there was no shampoo or soap ( even if was all inclusive) I had to asked for it 6 times and be for 2 days without it, before some finally sent it to my room (by the I had bought my own). Unfortunately the management and organization seems that is not working well. Which is a shame as the hotel is nice.

The location and commodities, with a good terrace.

Incomplete cleaning of the room and changing towels, which I had to complain about at the reception. Then the new towels were left there without removal of the old ones. Window to terrace left opened, from where anyone could’ve entered. Also the price for 1 in a double room was more expensive than for 2 which makes no sense.
