Les chambres sont biens et neuves

Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées ce qui est dommage lorsque dehors il ne fait que 24. Les repas sont identiques midi et soir .. alors pendant 1 semaine manger la meme chose.. c’est un séjour long . Et c’est beaucoup Beaucoup trop bruyant !!!

Le buffet c’était toujours les mêmes desserts et il n’y avait pas de piscine avec de toboggan

The swimming pool area was enjoyable and the variety of food options was appreciated. Evening entertainment was a pleasant addition, featuring local singers and dancers, though nothing out of the ordinary. The children's facilities were a real standout — with climbing, tennis, ping pong, cooking classes, water orbs, and water aerobics, there was plenty to keep kids engaged. The pool entertainment staff deserves special mention for their energy and enthusiasm. Beach is small and very rocky, dangerous to enter/swim, can only enjoy the view. Sea view room 3rd floor was great clean and renovated, we paid 50 euros extra for the late check out and had to change to the ground floor as many guest were arriving on that day for may holidays which was okeyish too, just a bit worn down stained sofa and a wobbly stairs.

However, the bar and reception experience left a lot to be desired. Staff in both areas appeared disengaged and, at times, unwelcoming — imposing petty rules that made guests feel uncomfortable rather than at ease. Non-alcoholic drink options were extremely limited, and requesting a mocktail resulted in an unnecessary confrontation, with staff insisting it was not included and offering only three unpleasant alternatives. At reception, be prepared for a €10 deposit on pool towels and a €5 deposit for a bar token (cash only!!!)— neither of which was communicated clearly in advance.

El personal del hotel nos trató súper bien, estuvimos muy cómodas y queríamos agradecer en espécial a Daniel de restaurante, Santiago de bares y Alejandro de bares también.

Le personnel est agréable et accueillant ils prennent leurs temps pour nous expliquer les différents endroits. La propreté des lieux.

Le club VIP qui ont acces a des petits privilleges en plus comme gateaux apéros et petites sucreries que nous aurions appréciés également sans etre obligé de payer un suplus.
