The hotel is situated in an exceptional location, just a short distance from the sea and the Lungomare promenade. The hotel is easily accessible; however, if you miss the building, the road is one-way, necessitating a lengthy journey to return. A convenient parking facility is located in close proximity to the accommodation. The personnel are exceedingly accommodating and amicable. The Spa department is well-equipped and offers a comprehensive selection of services that are included in the room rate. The half board is an excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it, unless you have a food intolerance.

We had previously mentioned that one of our fellow travellers is lactose intolerant. However, during the dinners, it happened that only one main course was entirely dairy-free, and not a single soup or side dish was lactose-free. This is a significant disadvantage, as it does not provide equal access to the service at the same price. Upon our request, they began preparing desserts exclusively for us without milk on the second day. Serving individual customers or clearing tables got extremely slow when there was a group in the restaurant since the waiters find it difficult to manage large groups. It would be beneficial to enhance the organization of labour in this regard. The balcony door handle in the room is dilapidated and required some maintenance, as it is effortless for the guests to lock themselves to the balcony.
