The room was nice and clean and the location it’s close to ciutadella city and has an amazing sea side perfect for sunsets

It’s more a family place full of kids so I don’t recommend it for couples who want a more quiet place to stay Breakfast was very average and chaotic with so many people walking up and down and kids

There are 3 pools and all of them were nice There is a small supermarket inside of the hotel, which is handy. The breakfast is very nice, lunch and dinner there are always something different. We like that

The rooms are fine but there were not toiletries We had to buy shampoo,soap as the one they had was not working properly. We asked the cleaners to clean the room, when we came back they just changed the towels The floors was a bit dirty as we were there for 2 days already.

Great location & spacious room

Room was not ready for checkin time, had to keep going back to Reception to chase up. They did provide a toom to put luggage in & thankfully we were able to get changed. Beds were poor quality, very uncomfortable & barely slept. Main restaurants was like a canteen & food same every day & tasteless.
