Apartamentos las Góndolas

Great location close to the beach with a good view from the balcony which had lots of sun in the morning. The reception staff were great and very helpful. The kitchen though dated was adequately supplied with utensils and equipment, and plenty of space for storage. Good wifi, nice fans in the bedrooms. Decent shower. The rooftop solarium is a suntrap, it's a shame the sunbeds are so poor. The small pool was a good temperature although the pool area could be made to look nicer. Room cleaning service was good. Nearby supermarket had a good selection of international food.

A lot of the sunbeds were broken and could not be raised, and weren't very comfortable. We had to ask for a plug for the wash basin. The apartment was in need of some attention - the towel rail was hanging off, there was no toilet roll holder and some modernisation is required to the complex. The pool area is bland and the terracota tiles get too hot in the sun. There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby seafront bars until midnight which the windows don't block out. The UK union flag at the front of the hotel is upside down! I didn't think the apartment was worth the money I paid, but we enjoyed the stay mainly due to the location.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con la posibilidad de parking de pago. Pero tuvimos muy mala suerte con la climatología ya que hubo temporal de viento y calima con alerta climatológica, por lo que no pudimos sacar provecho de la estancia y la piscina. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el apartamento amplio y bien equipado. Pudimos ver el carnaval desde el balcón. En la recepción son bastante amables. Había una botella de agua de cortesía en la nevera. En otras circunstancias (las cuales no son culpa del alojamiento), la estancia hubiera estado mejor. Recomendaría ampliar el horario de piscina, especialmente en primavera y verano.

Lo peor de todo es el horario limitado de la piscina. Es solamente hasta las 4 de la tarde y apenas la pude probar debido al horario tan ridículamente corto y al mal tiempo. Además tiene sombra por la tarde. Si quieres ir a un alojamiento para pasar toda la tarde en la piscina, no te recomiendo este sitio, pero si esto no te importa, por lo demás está muy bien. Tener Playa del Inglés al lado es una gran ventaja pero con el temporal tampoco se pudo disfrutar, ya que hubo bandera roja todo el tiempo. En otro momento es una localización muy buena para disfrutar del mar. Salimos con el coche y cuando volvimos nuestra plaza estaba ocupada. Por lo visto uno de los recepcionistas les dio nuestra plaza de parking por error a otro huésped y tuvimos que dejar el coche en el parking de los empleados. Al día siguiente nos devolvieron nuestra plaza de parking sin problemas, pero fue una incomodidad tener que cambiarlo de sitio.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything we needed was supplied in the Appartment. I can't praise the staff enough, they were so helpful and friendly. Definitely would highly recommend this place, and it's so near the beach. There is a lovely pool and sunbathing area there too. We will definitely be staying there again

Alles was netjes en schoon. Bedden en kussen waren goed wij verbleven in de kamer 203. En zo ontzettend dichtbij het strand! Dat is wel echt een meerwaarde ! Personeel ook erg vriendelijk.

Niets was super !

Todo muy limpio, te hacen la habitación, el personal 10/10. La piscina súper limpia y con socorrista todo el tiempo.
