Location and sea view

Lift out of action for 7 days we were there and no attempt to fix it. We were on 6th. Floor and had to carry cases up ourselves. We are in our 70s. We should have been notified in advance that there was no lift. Both patio doors sticking, no mirror, and bare walls. Cockroaches. Very disappointed.

Location was good.

Big problems with apartment. Located on the top floor two bedroom apartment Room 609 the lift to same was not operating during the whole of the holiday. Only stairs access to apartment was available for the length of our stay which was a big problem as we are elderly of age. The apartment roof was leaking resulting in flooding of the bathroom during our stay. Water was also leaking though the kitchen ceiling though not as bad as the bathroom. It appears the apartment roof badly needs urgent remedial work. We complained to staff about these issues but no substantive action was taken outside of the provision of extra towels for soakage purposes. The main apartment door could not be closed without actual locking of the door.

Great location but no noise intrusion, accurate pictures/reviews making choice and expectations being fairly managed easier, it's quite good value. Our request for a top floor room was confirmed in advance. Apartment and balcony relatively large and nice sea view room, firm but very comfortable bed, comfortable lounge area. We had rain, it was cold, but the air con heats, very useful. Helpful receptionist and a safe baggage storage area. Would likely stay again

As per accurate information easily available in reviews, the public areas were a little worn. Balcony could easily accommodate a lounger or two, we would very much appreciated this
