Disponibilità e versatilità del titolare, parcheggio interno gratuito, posizione rispetto alla mia destinazione, ambiente famigliare, autonomia di accessi ed uscite con badge sia per l'ingresso che per il cancello esterno, pulizia della struttura ed autonomia di regolazione della temperatura ambiente.

Bagno un po' freddo per le ampie vetrate con vetri non proprio energeticamente prestanti..., velocità 1=bassa/silenziosa del termoventilconvettore della stanza non funzionante (funzionava solo la 2 e la 3, ma di questo ero stato avvertito prima dell'accesso in stanza).

"Piccolo ma comodo hotel nei pressi delle zone industriali di Fossò"

Comodo hotel con ampie stanze e ottima colazione! La stanza poi risulta ben riscaldata e il bagno è anche pensato per persone disabili. Inoltre i prezzi sono ottimi. Ero qui per lavoro e mi ci sono trovato molto bene: il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto simpatico. Consigliato
